A clear course resilient anti slip surface is applied to this high-quality glow in the dark tape, which does not mask the photoluminescent properties whatsoever. Even great for water and bare foot situations because of its ease of cleaning, high adhesion and non-abrasive features. With exceptional performance in internal areas, this glow in the dark tape can be applied to stairways and walkways to mark our specific routes, ensuring safe exit from buildings in a lights out situation. This allows an additional, cost-effective lighting solution, separate from emergency lighting, to increase safety for guests and employees to navigate a building. As mentioned, due to the tape's non-abrasive surfaces inability to harbor dirt and bacteria, it can also be used as a non-slip, glow in the dark solution in areas regulated by strict hygiene standards.
The level of luminance of this 3452 grade anti-slip tape is our best, and will exceed requirements of photoluminescent materials at a commercial level. Gauged from the OSH1910 regulation, which gets technical information from ASTM 2072, stipulating that levels of luminance for photoluminescent products, measured in mcd/m2 (millicandela per square meter) must perform within a 60-minute time frame, from 30mcd/m2 to 4.4mcd.m2. As seen from these results, tape 3452 exceeds these regulatory requirements, DIN 67510 standards are also met and exceedingly surpassed, with afterglow lasting for up to1800 minutes, giving it a class C.
