All products sold by SCS Sign Company, along with their website justbraillesigns.com are with the understanding by the purchaser that they have independently determined the suitability of the product(s) for its purposes.

WARRANTY

All signs manufactured by SCS Sign Company are warranted to be free from defects and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the day they are shipped. Any defective products as determined by representatives of SCS Sign Company will be replaced at no charge, or as deemed reasonable, a credit will be issued. SCS Sign Company will not be responsible for claims beyond the replacement value of any determined defective product, nor be responsible and/or liable for incidental, fortuitous, consequential direct or indirect damages of any kind. SCS Sign Company will not be held liable or responsible for removal of products, installation costs, return shipping costs, or from damage due to product removal and /or installation.

Our Limited Warranty will not, and does not cover any damages or losses that occur as a result of the following:

- Installation of interior signs in exterior environments

- Vandalism

- Typical “wear and tear”

- Neglect

- Improper Maintenance, or cleaning and the use of harsh cleaning agents

- Shipping

- Improper Installation

- Change, Alteration or Modification to product or sign

- Flaws in design or specifications

EXCLUSIONS

Our Warranty covers only our standard interior products and signs manufactured at our facility and sold in the United States.

NOTICE TO INSPECT

Please inspect all products and inform us immediately if you feel a product may be defective. Provide proof of purchase, and secure return authorization from an authorized company representative. Any returns, if required, will be prepaid and insured by customer/purchaser.

MAINTENANCE & INSTALLATION

To care for and clean interior signs, use only a soft clean cotton cloth with water and mild soap. Microfiber cloths work well. Do not use paper towels, ammonia or alcohol based cleaning products. Use of such products will void warranty. Installation of signs must include double faced mounting tape (provided unless otherwise request not to), AND 100% clear silicone adhesive (not provided).

NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY

SCS SIGN COMPANY MAKES NO EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WARRANTY REGARDING THE SERVICE, PRODUCT, OR THE INSTALLATION OF SAME AND DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NO WAIVER, ALTERATION, ADDITION OR MODIFICATION OF THE FOREGOING CONDITIONS SHALL BE VALID UNLESS MADE IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF SCS SIGN COMPANY.
